PANASONIC KX-TES824 NO TONE ISSUES

Hello All, I have a Panasonic Kx-TES-824 from a customer and works only after reset and once you power off and Power on again you get No - TONE... I have done System Reset, Firmware update as well Hard reset but same issue of goes back to No Tone once you power off the pbx824 and Power on again.. Please how do I solve this issue or your recommendations. Thank You All

Don't you have a KX-TE82474 board already installed?

Already installed in the main Kx824xt box you get a tone once reset but just after you re-power the system... You gat no tone anymore.. Not come across this issue before
