I have a Tektone NC465 gateway using RFC 3261 to connect to Panasonic KX-TDE600 with V-SIPGW16 CO line card.
We need to configure in a B2B arrangement with basic IP authentication. We have looked at packet sent and see the tektone
try to connect to the Panasonic but is denied. I need the settings for the Panasonic to enable communications. I can add a prefix
passcode and an extension to my program to send to the Panasonic. I am working with a Panasonic dealer but he can't get the settings
and Panasonic will not support third party integration. I hope someone has worked with this type of interface and can give me support
Thank You
Ron Stratton

Hi Ron,

I cannot find any documents on the setup of the NC465 unit.

Either you register as a trunk to the unit or it registers to the system as a extension. I would presume it would be as an extension on the system as it would be easier to integrate and call phones on the system. if you connect as a trunk you would have to have disa and a lot of programming to get the unit to call extensions and also have to allow trunk to trunk access if the unit was to dial to a phone outside the system

If it is working the way I think it is, you will need a sip extension card installed and licenses for same

do you have docs on the NC465 unit. Is it looking for a register server or acting as one?

That manual covering the connection to the pbx part had nothing about what you can set in the Panasonic system.

Are the phones you are calling on the Panasonic system or on the NC465.
You either connect through a IP-gateway card or sip extension,I don't think a sip trunk will work.

can you post screen shots of the PBX config pages of their software so I can see what they are looking for

I have the PBX programmer responding to your question. Al will be responding soon
Thanks Ron

This is AL. I have some information it is the same info that was sent to Tektone.
Our system can provide analog co, single line ext, digital ext, virtual gateway, sip ext, sip co. Let me know if you need anything else.

I see in the link that we are looking for activation keys for sip trunk. Who would supply this activation, Is it the PBX dealer or someone else. Activation keys looks like the next step to programming this PBX.

The keys are already installed for ip gateway, Sip co,Sip ext, and ip ext. We werent sure what was needed for the Nurse call.
