Hi All,
I have found the cause of the problem, all extensions were in the ICDG, but only 1 had Immediate ringing, all the others had "No Ring" set, which proves the theory of the maintainer change. I have now set the extensions required to "Immediate" and all works perfectly. I have also changed all the passwords.
Very many thanks to all who assisted, true professionals.
PS, Panasonic will be informed.
