I have a KX-TDA15 to look after now, the maintenance company called to renew contract and next day, all phones stopped ringing except accounts!! As a warehouse I need all phones to ring on incoming calls, how do I achieve this?

I have found the cause of the problem, all extensions were in the ICDG, but only 1 had Immediate ringing, all the others had "No Ring" set, which proves the theory of the maintainer change. I have now set the extensions required to "Immediate" and all works perfectly. I have also changed all the passwords.
