problem with Caller ID on call waiting. When talking on line and a call come in as call waiting. System unable to show the call waiting caller ID unless you hangup the first call and than you can see the new call ID.
Upgraded firmware to latest.
I tried under "maintenance Console" [900]caller ID all Caller id check also for Call waiting but it will not work. Spectrum is the service provider and client has 4 lines, all acting the same ... can see only caller ID for first call and not for call waiting.
Just to note client had before RCA 4 line phones from Staples and they were able to see caller ID for call waiting on same provider(spectrum / TimeWarner)
