I am new to install Panasonic PBX.My company has one mainline and two hunting line connect to three CO Line at Panasonic PBX.Now i had faced issues.My current situation, if mainline busy,my customer cannot call in and we also cannot call out.May i know how to pass mainline to two hunting line for call in and call out,when mainline is busy?Anyone can assist me to solve this issues as soon as possible.

do you have 3 line keys on the phones, if so do you get dial tone on all 3

3 line key mean?3 line are functioning well,i had check with the telco

I think if all your CO Lines are from the same Telco, you can ask your Service provider (Your Telco) to put them to ring in circular - If one line is busy (the caller calling in)can come in through any of the other 2 CO Lines.

For callers from your Extensions, i would sugest you program the PBX to let them cease any free trunk to make an outbound call.

I think your other two CO Line ports are not ennabled!

How to get the config for you?

If you can pick up all 3 lines on the phone then the lines are set to connect. That is the default setting. Can you pick each line and dial out on them all
What do happens when you are on main number and you try to make a second call

To get the config file, go to the upper left corner

File >> File Transfer PBX to PC

Save the file.

The issues had solve is telco issues,them no yet set pilot line.But i still had face one issues,the port co3 not fuction.Port CO1 and CO2 are ok.How?

Physically switch the CO line at line 2 and line 3 and see if you get dial tone on two.
This will tell you if line 3 has dial tone. If you get dial tone at line 2,and no dial
tone at line 3, then you have a bad CO port.
Remember to switch them back.
