Panasonic KX-T7456 Ring Group

Hi All,

I have Panasonic KX-T746 main and KX-T733 extensions. Up until recently I have my incoming calls ring to three extensions simultaneously, so they are all "Main Lines". Today one of the extensions no longer rings when the Main Line rings, however when that extension is called directly it does ring. How do I fix it so that it rings again when the other two ring?

do station clear 790 on the phone, could someone have entered main programming?

I am not sure what happened but I noticed that Line 1 was no longer programmed, so I reprogrammed it in and it fixed the issue.

Would not have thought of that with out seeing the phone
