Panasonic KX-NS500: unable to make external calls to number with 5 or less digit

Every time I need to make an external call I need to press the number 0 to get a CO line and make that call, but the problem arrises when I need to call a number that has only 5 or 4 digits. In that case the PBX interpret that number as an extension and the call is finished.
Is there anything I could try to resolve this?

PBX can not interpret it as an extension after ceasing a trunk.
May be your dial plan?

I tried to see that option, but I don't realize what I can change to test it.

Sorry, that image is in PT-BR because I don't know how to change it to EN.

Any tip is welcome!

Let leading number start with your first digit then additional number of digits be finite/fixed/exact

Some of the numbers I'm trying to call are: 10315 and 1052.
I think that they is already written.

Check your Dialing Plan

.
.
Also check TRS.

I tryed to configure it exactly in the same way you described but even so it didn't work.
After several tries and errors I manage to solve it through the following menu
PBX Configuration — ARS — Carrier: I had put here all the rules related to the carrier access code
PBX Configuration — ARS — Leading Number: in leading number col I put the initials for these numbers (103 and 105) and after I redirect them, through the col routing plan number, to a plan that don't add any carrier access code

Try putting only X and the respective additional number of digits under that table
