IP phones both NT and sip phones not communicating with analog phones and not communicating with PRI30 line

Ahh. Guess I misunderstood when you said the NT and SIP phones were unable to communicate to the analog phones.

The issue here is communication between analog extensions and IP is not possible

It really looks like you don't have DSP-card at all...

Ired's (TechnicalUser If you really followed the thread you wouldn't be saying this I told guys here I have a DSP I even replaced it with another but still the problem was not solved so the issue here is not having a DSP

Dear Mutimafc, i followed the thread, but the behaviour of your PBX is exactly like it described in my previous post.

User obtsystems asked you to post a screenshot of the network settings. Would you be so kind to do it?

It's 192.168.10.3 is for pbx
192.168.10.4 is for DSP 1 then 192.168.10.5 DSP 2

For further analysis a packet trace of "IP-to-analog" call is needed.

There is no need in E1 trace, but need in IP-trace of an internal call between IP-phone and analog phone. Sorry if I misleaded you.

Ired's (TechnicalUser) When you go through the thread the first problem was IP extension could not communicate with E1 the system is supposed to have only IP extensions with E1 communication the matter of analog extension came up as a by the way when when we connected analog phone to try communication with E1 and guess what analog extensions were able to communicate with E1 but when we tried analog to call IP it could not communicate same as E1.

This does not cancel the fact that IP-packet trace is needed.
And it will be not bad if you could provide us system's SYSLOG ("Maintenance" menu {Hammer} -> Utility -> 3.Log -> 2.Syslog -> Save).

Ired's (TechnicalUser Thank you for your effort I decided to purchase another chassis and it works well I believe the old chasis had factory errors since it was a brand new pbx

do you have any sw for pri trace in panasonic pbx?

PG4E

inlsp05's In the thread I posted the trace

Mutimafc, well, if new PBX works well the old one seems to has a production defect. Good luck in solving your tasks!
