Hello,

I have an issue with KX-NS500 PBX, specifically with Automatic Time Switching. Date and time are set correctly, week table is set correctly (or at least I think so). I have only Day and Night Mode set without lunch, break or other segments. In Week Table only Time Group 1 is set and I am using it everywhere.

Automatic Time Switching just does not work. Manual switch from the telephone (*780 code) always works fine. However, PBX is always in Night Mode if I leave Time Service Switching Mode at Automatic. I thought that time zone or something like that is causing the issue, but I get Night Mode no matter how I set Week Table (even whole day set at Day Mode is actually Night Mode when I turn on Automatic Time Switching). I have tried to make new Week Table at Time Group 2, but it also doesn't work.

Queing Time Table is set at Night Mode to Table 1 (OGM message and then disconnect). Queing Time Table during Day Mode is set to None.

I have tried to find any clue in manual, but I am still without a solution. Manual switching works like a charm. Please let me know if there is anything I can try.

BR,
Mario

@kizo - yes, the time is correct
@Mike_K - I have disabled all holidays with no luck. I have also noticed that my Web Maintenance Console shows version 008.20036 which probably is not the last version.

Current settings are shown on the pictures.

@Mike_K Thank you, this actually solved the issue. Just wondering, is it possible to have both holiday scheme and automatic time switching on in some way?

When the bit 1F-0 doesn't set, you may use holiday table and automatic time switching at the same time.
