Panasonic KX-NS 500 nothing is heard.

Hello,

I need an advice . I have a Panasonic ns500 PBX. Unintentionally, I reset all settings and now I'm trying to restore it. I managed somewhere but when I make an incoming or outgoing call the other phone rings but when I pick up the phone nothing is heard.
Please advice where the problem might be from?

1-I use a normal ISDN telephone service from Germany Telecom.

2-the extensions i use are panasonic SIP phone KH -HDV 130

Go to the ISDN card SLOT and see if it is set to P-P or P-MP change it from one to the other

I would check the settings on the DSP side,
P to p or p to mp On isdn, Wouldn’t normally cause audio issues. Would cause issue getting a line.

Can you call internally or from hdv to slt port on the system?

The extension lines work without a problem. There is no tone in the handset only when I dial outside the exchange and when I have external calls to the exchange/

Maybe this will be helpful. Now I saw the errors that the PBX shows. I guess it matters?

It looks like a problem with ISDN card.
Can you try with another card or another ISDN adapter of telecom operater?

I agree. It looks like the ISDN is dropping

You said you could connect the call but no audio. Those errors would show the line dropping fully
