Panasonic KX-NCS8100 Windows 11 24H2

Hi All,

We just updated people to Windows 11 24H2 and now our softphones stopped working.
If we click the voicmail you can hear audio from the headset then becomes unresponsive to UI clicks and the program stops abruptly.

Nothing obvious is showing from logs and running in compatibility modes and admin modes don't seem to make a difference.

Anyone have any ideas?

What was the reason for updating?, poor performance issues?.
Look at what changed compared to the previous version , it could give a clue.

Panasonic KX-NCS8100 IP_Softphone_NCS_v4.2.0.15 didnt work... IP_Softphone_NCS_v5.0.0.29 didn't work too.
Only change was updating to windows 11 24h2 from 23h2.
Now the differences in versions of windows 11 .....
