Panasonic CA Supervisor troubleshooting

Ok, We bit the bullet and moved ahead with Communications Assistant Supervisor from Panasonic for our client. We're left with one problem. After an upgrade to V5 firmware on our TDE-100, and installation of the license file (verified) we're unable to connect to CA as supervisor, only basic (10 licenses included with the voip-dsp card) and pro trial seem to work. When connecting with a CA installed as Supervisor it shows an error - see screenshots attached by mediafire link in RTF.
 
For TDE100C ver.5.0 you must use CA ver.3 or ver.4
 
have you checked under extension settings option 9 and check if ca is enabled
 
We double checked both of those, and the settings were good as we expected. What the issue ended up being is the setting of the supervisor extension in the ICD Group. A little odd requirement but that seemed to resolve the issue!
