Pana TVM50 answer service not working

We recently had a Panasonic TVM50 installed by who we thought was a competent installer. It turned out he didnt know what he was doing and after coming back to put it right numerous times(for which we paid) he still couldnt sort it but we thought best to just leave it alone and get on with it. Now for some reason when we put it on night mode the answer service doesnt kick in, just wondered if it was a common problem as the guy is not answering his hone now and I dont want to pay someone again to put right.

Any help would be appreciated

it soounds like the system his not set to vm in night mode
where does the phone ring in night mode

The only phone that rings is one that puts it into night mode which is ext 211. We were told that this is the main phone for doing this.

You should probably look for another Panasonic vendor in your city to sort this out for you - you'll probably only have to pay for 1 more short service call but it will be well worth the $$ in the long run.
