Palm Pilots and NT 1

Palm Pilot Software tends to hog the com port, I have machines with only 1 com and need to use it for remote access (PC Anywhere) as well, Problem is that if the user hotsyncs and forgets t restart the machine they can't access the machine because the Palm takes over the comport, Is there a way to share a comport or possibly use USB with an NT workstation?

No make sure you take the hot sync out of startup and make sure you close it when your done the only other solution is to add another com port.

NT doesn't support USB.  Win2000 does.
