Palm Pilots and Citrix

Has anyone succeeded in the black art of getting a Palm Pilot (Vx) Metaframe 1.8 and NT4 Terminal Server to work together?

If I log on as Administrator (the account I installed the software as) all is fine

If I try sync logged on as anyone else the software will connect but the options to sync mail or any software are missing.

Any Ideas ?

We were able to get our Palms to sync with Lotus Notes using Intellisync. However, in order to get it working properly we had to copy the one working profile we had into the user's profiles. I backup there shortcuts and things first, then overwrite the profile, then restore their shortcuts.
