Pocket mirror is the best option I know about. It may be that you need to upgrade to a newer version of pocket mirror. I run into a synch problem against Outlook 2003 when a machine was upgraded from windows 2000 to xp.

I had the same problem.
just bought a Tungsten E. Need to upgrade the outlook conduit. If that does not work, open OUtlook 2003, go to help, detect and repair, let it run (took 20 min) then worked for me.
