Palm not synching with Outlook 1

Palm was set up to sync with Outlook and was working, it seems to have just stopped out of nowhere. It will still sync with the Palm desktop but that is not the prefered method to do the calendar. I've gone through the Palm desktop and tried all the settings and nothing there seems to tell the Palm to look at Outlook rather than the desktop. There seems to be no communication because things entered on the Palm are not transfering to Outlook either.

You can either sync with Palm Desktop or Outlook, but the Palm Desktop will not have settings to enable syncing with Outlook.

I think if you re-install the software that came with the Palm, you will have the opportunity to choose for it to sync with the Palm desktop or Outlook. Try doing that again. There is no problem re-installing the software if it's already there.
