Hi, I've been trying a few different software soltions for backingup the contents of my PDA to a SD card. I've tested Backupman but it does not provide any encryption. I also tested Backupbuddy which does provide encryption but when I took the SD Card out of my PDA and put it in my PC I could see the data so the encryption only works if the card is in the PDA. Has anyone come across a product that provides proper encryption?

Didn't test the encryption, but maybe you should try with Botzam Backup??? It supposedly has encryption plugins...
