I have a user who has a palm and when he hot syncs it says it is synching and it even synchs with web sites but when we look at contacts on the palm desktop there is nothing showing. Do I need to have him import it? I was getting very frustrated with this and almost told him to type all his contacts in manually!!! (ha!). If this helps we are running W2K pro and outlook 2002. I also tried re-installing the palm software and no work.
