Paint Shop Pro X Undo greyed out. already set in preferences

Can someone help.. i cant seem to get UNDO to work. I set it up in preferences but it still doesnt work.

Hi Marv, did it used to work? Have you tried showing the history pallette? You might be able to undo from there? Are you using ctrl Z?
