Hi everyone,

Running an IPO 500v2 9.1 and I have a trunk port on the combo card connected to an Avaya UPAM device. Everything works as it should the only thing is on a reboot or even if I unplug the UPAM from the trunk port and reconnect it feeds back over the speakers quick. I've noticed this is happening on systems that the trunk ports that detect the line voltage. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Any thing I can do to fix stop the feedback?

Thanks

It's the ATM V2 trunk card, doing an automatic impedance match when it first detects on hook battery. I haven't found a way around it.

Witch to a UTI-1 and use an analog station port programmed as a paging port, will eliminate the issue, and also allow simultaneous paging.

Thought that would be the case.... Thank you

On the Line-Analog Options Tab for the trunk port there is a box labeled "Automatic".

Have you tried disabling the Automatic Impedance feature?

This option is not available on all versions of IP Office.

If your not going to it right don't bother doing it at all!
