do you have 2 bcms one at site A and one at site B with voip trunks between, or one bcm at site A with ip sets off it at site b? If the second set up is what you have, then you can page just like any other phone, just put the sets at site B in a different page zone.
If, instead of paging, you can voice call to individual sets, you can put one of your IP sets from site A at site B. Set the second set to allow voice page and steal the speaker leads for input to the paging system.
Now, does anyone know if you can voice page to an IP set over IP trunks?
That is a good Idea Nars has. If you did that you could even page to that phone, just put it in its own zone. I did this at a location before that was using a Norstar with MCK extenders, I wanted to page at the remote site and did this.
