paging override :phone off the hook

We can’t page if a phone is off the hook somewhere in the plant.

Is there a feature that disconnects that phone or an override in case of an emergency page?

Sounds like that phone is in Page mode.

You can change the Page time out setting to 15 seconds I think is the lowest.....timers are there just for that reason.
