We are having a new Page Pac system installed and I'm trying to understand the zone activation.
The TAC is 88; when this is dialed there is a stutter tone then you dial 21 for a page to all speakers.
I can find one port assigned with an 88 TAC,in the dial plan dac is in the second column of 8 being the first digit.
My problem is I cannot find where the 21 is programmed in.
Once again you dial an 88 TAC then 21 to do the page.
Display paging loudspeaker brings up.

Zone 2 port 1b1903 TAC 88 COR 60

appreciate any help on this.

From My experience the 2 digit zone code is in the paging unit. The stutter tone is the answer back from this paging control unit. The zones are programmed in here. Usually not user configurable. Check the Documentation from the Paging control unit vendor for more info.

I hope this makes sense

Thanks, I do not have the documentation but I will check when the installer comes.
