Paging in a Branch office

I have a Branch Office with a valcom paging unit. VoIP phones can page. They are registered to main PBX but digital phones built on BO cannot page. RDB and trnk are built as a PAG. Any idea's?

what do they get when they try to page?

I got this one. I had to change the route & trunk to a WAT. I was getting the page tone but I could not break with a DTMF. CHanging the route and trunk worked like a champ though. Thanks for the response!!
