Pagination errors on Word 2

Word 2000

When print preview I see in the footer:

1 of 3
2 of 3
3 of 3

However when printing I see:

1 of 1
2 of 2
3 of 3

I have tried deleting normal.dot but this didn't work. Any other ideas....

See MSDN Q234287 article (Obtain MS Office SR-1/SR-1a). To temporarily work around this problem they suggest to specify all pages in the Pront dialog box.

Make sure you have the latest service pack installed.
