Hello All,

Is there any remedy for pageserver which is growing in a very fast pace - read: taking up memory - When I start Crystal Enterprise it has about 1.2 MB after delivering 2 - 3 reports it growes to 90MB. Today it was taking up as much as 270 MB of memory. It looks like it keeps all the reports it serves in its packets. Does anyone know any way out of it besides restarting it?

Thanks,
Rob

Thanks, it helped little bit, it doesn't grow that fast. However, I still thing they have a flaw in the design and in logic of the printer.
If the requested already report is in the cache, the web component server should forward request to cache server that in turn should check if it has this report in the cache already. If it has then page server should not be involved in the process at all. This job should be done exclusively by cacheserver.
In real world, it doesn't matter how many times you request one report - the page server is always involved in the process!!

Thanks Jialian for help.
