Something very memory intensive is happening. How much RAM is in the server? What's installed on the server?

I have 3 Gigs of ram, when i look at the memory usage is very low..525 or so....
Its running IIS and we have a website using ASP.net/vb scripts....website runs slow most of the time...so i am trying to troubleshoot it.. W3Wp.exe

Sounds like something in the website code is what's causing the paging to happen.
