Pager Dialer Outdial from Nupoint Voicemail

I used to be able to do this in my sleep. I can't figure out what I've missed.

I have a separate Line group for the Pager Dialer Application
I have 2 Pager Systems enabled
0 - Internal - [T]
1 - External - [T9T]

In the message waiting for a mailbox I configured MWI1 for
Type = Pager
Primary MWI = Message Delivery
Telephone number = XXXX (Speedcall on system)
Post Pager = G
Access type = 0-Internal
Freq = 3 Interval 1
Busy attenpts = 3 Interval 1
Active Time = 8:00am to 5:00pm
Alternate Pager not enabled​

As far as I can tell, nothing happens.

I know the outdial port works as it works from MiCollab to deliver VM messages

Check your offline configuration:
Select your outbound pager dialer line group
Select the Dialers (Pagers) tab
Make sure your 0 - Internal and 1 - External are checked
Even though they are created, they still have to be checked off in the line group




 
As it turns out, another tech had setup the outdial setup in the advanced MB setup and it must have been conflicting.

Once I turned it off, the MWI worked exactly as I thought it should
