Page width error on report

Hi, I get a "The section width is greater than the page width..." error on a report, but only when it is called from a form. Run the report itself, or the macro opening the report, and the error doesnt appear. But click on the button on the form and you get the error.
Any ideas where I have gone wrong?

1: Remove the warnings ir turn them off
2: Reduce the width of the report

Personally I would go with 2
