is there a option in page setup to costomize hight and width (just like it is in word)besides of what there is in drop down menu?

No, when you're designing a report you define the width and height by dragging the right edge of the report left or right and dragging the bottom edge of the report up or down and sizing the detail and headers etc. You'll get used to it after a while, if ie your report's to wide for the current printer Access will let you know.

Hope this helps.

don't you think that this whould be a good idea for microsoft to think about

If you open a report in design view, click on the detail section of the report to activate it. Select Page Setup from the File Menu, you can specify different formats for different printers. The available settings depend upon your printer driver. Save the report and all the defined settings for each printer will be saved with the report!

Is this what you wanted?
