PAGE SETUP RESET ISSUES - PLEASE HELP

When I design my report, I use some Page Setup Issues to make the output 11 x 17. Recently, we relocated some printers and the database now resizes the output to 11 x 17 landscape. I'm not sure where it's getting the landscape from since the default setting is 8 1/2 x 11 portrait. HOW CAN I KEEP THIS REPORT PRINTING 11 X 17?

I am having the same problem with page sizes changing in a multiuser environment.
With different printers attached etc. the page settings on reports are changing continually - portrait to landscape or A4 to Letter.
It is infuriating - if I design a report to be landscape but the default orientation for my printer is portrait, then the report is switched according to the Windows setting!!!
HELP!!!
