I don't know if this is possible at all. But if you can help, I'd be most grateful!

I have a 120 page document, 5.5" x 8.5". I will be printing this in-house, using a photocopier, on 8.5" x 11" sheet paper folded in half, stapled down the middle. Problem is that pages are not set up properly for that. In order to photocopy and fold it like a book page 1 must be opposite page 120, page 2 must be opposite page 119 and so on and so forth. Short of moving all 120 pages around manually - is there another way I can set this up??

Thank you!

A proper printer, if you were to go down that route, will be able to take your PDF file and chop it in that way, so that P1 is beside P120, etc. I'm afraid I don't have a solution from within InDesign, but would like to hear one is someone else does. You can send something out to print from a POD (Print on Demand) printer for relatively cheap, if that was an option...

The term here is 'imposition' or a booklet function. If you are using IDCS2, you have that feature. If you have IDCS1, you can use the optionally purchased PageMaker plugin pack. If you have IDCS1 or ID2, you can search your install CD or the following link for a free booklet script:

Thank you! The booklet function works beautifully!
