Page Setup - Fixing the printer and page setup on a networked report

How can the pagesetup incuding the margins, selected printer, paper size and other printer settings be fixed into a report being used on many different computers and printers across a network?

Every user of the network has to constantly set the paper and printer settings. Results in a lot of wasted time, paper and angry staff.

Every user of the network has to constantly set the paper and printer settings. Saving a 'preferred printer' just does not stick. Results in a lot of wasted time, paper and angry staff.
