Can someone tell me why my Page set up doesn't save in my reports. I have use Macros and VB code to pull the reports, and the page set up always pops up in Portrait and the margins are set at 1. I want them to show up as landscape and margins at zero. Any ideas?

There has been a ton of material written about this bug. To correct the problem, on the menu bar go to Tools...Options....General...Name AutoCorrect. Uncheck any boxes in the Name AutoCorrect section that are checked. That should fix you problem.

In addition to Paul's accurate comments, the latest service pack for Office will fix the issue. Also, I am surprised that your printer would allow margins of 0. Any printer that I have ever used don't allow printing right to the edge of the paper.

Thank you both, this has been very helpful. Also when I said to set the margins to 0 Access sets it to 0.166.

Thanks guys
