Page numbers with "of"

Can anyone tell how to get page numbers like following
ex:
Page 1 of 4
page 1 of 7
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Step 1 Using the Insert menu select Page Number then select Total Pages. Click on the Total Pages text and change it to 'of'. Space out as you need.
In preview to see detail then use the Page preview otherwise the total number of pages show as ??
