Can anyone tell me why in a protected form that has a header/footer set with page numbering (Page 1 of 7), the page numbers appear correct on the screen and in Print Preview, but print Page 1 of 1??

Check it out after you do the following:<br><br>Go to Tools-Options, Save tab and turn OFF the following options:<br><br>allow fast saves<br>allow background saves<br><br>under Print tab, make sure Update fields IS checked. Thanks--actually it corrected the situation with just the Print Option, Update fields.
