page not updating

I have an online database editor, where you can update/delete/add entries in the database. The problem I have is that after you make any changes to the data using the buttons provided, the page doesn't refresh with the updated information. Unless you click on the re-order button, which refreshes the page. I have got the buttons to do a re-order when they are clicked.

The script works fine at home, but is giving problems on my work intranet. Any ideas?

May I see your code? If I can, I think I will give some advices.
