Is it posible on a CICS ver 7.0, for someone ( lets stay the operator ), to annonunce a call via speakerphone to an internal phone ( T7208/T7316 ) while this extension is in use with a local/external call?

We've tried page, but if the phone is in use, it doesnt hear the annoucement.

Thanks.

No, it is not possible. The page will not interupt the phone call. Sorry.
