page header ignored in subreport

Hello-
I read thru the posting of June 2nd because it is exactly what I am experiencing. I tried the suggestion but I can't get it to work. I have 4 subreports in a 'main' report. The first two are fine because they are one page reports. Report 4 extends to 2 pages and the page headed of that report is ignored. I need the headings to print on both pages of that report. I tried setting the 'new' group header to the constant, as suggested, and setting the pref. of that header Repeat Section to Yes but still the pages have no header. Any thoughts?

FYI when you are looking at a FAQ or thread there is always something at the top that has the appropriate keyword and a number after it. Copying and pasting it into a post creates a link like above.

On to the issue... I think what is missing from that thread is that you have to move the would be pageheader into the section you created with the repeat section on it. If you don't do this all you have is a section that repeats nothing at the top of each page. Also, page headers do not display anything in subreports which is why nothing is showing up.

Sorry. This was my first post.
Yes. I did place the header part of the report into that new header I created. What happened then was that the header stuff repeated on every page but the detail was lost.

Losing the detail doesn't make sense unless you moved it somewhere too.

The only long shot idea I have is that maybe you have a Force New Page set to something on that new grouping section.
