I'm using Foxpro 2.5a for windows on Win'98 and I need to find out how I can pass a message on to an HP laserjet 8100 so that it grabs my page ejects from between print Jobs (or even certain selections of a print job) and ejects paper from the manual tray (1) as opposed to the default tray (2).
I'm trying to seperate my DB reports with blank sheets of a brightly coloured paper and I want to automate.
Have you tried.
1. Creating a second printer for the hp with the defaults set for the manual tray.
2. In the program between print jobs change to the default printer to this new hp printer.
3. Issue a ??? " " command
4. Reset the default printer back to the printer you want for the next report.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 as many times as required to print your reports.

David W. ??? does not work on newer machines/newer versions of Windows. It causes a GPF, and I have found no answer except to move to a newer version of Foxpro (Visual Foxpro). Any solutions to making a Foxpro 2.6 application work?
