I have some information that I want as a trailer on a report. As of now, I have it in the report footer. The only problem I get is when the report creates just the right amount of records that it splits the trailer over the last 2 pages. I would like to be able to insert a page break just before the trailer, so that it is always on it's own page.
Make sense? Any ideas?
Thanks

????Why not use the PageBreak parameter of the ReportFooter?

Because you want it in the same page when it fit?
In this case have you try the KeepTogether parameter in the Report Footer section?

What's wrong?

There are two sets information that I have in the in the report footer. I don't want all of the information on a new page, just some of it.
Example. Grand Totals is in the report footer. I also have the NT user that printed it, the time, etc.
I do not want the grand totals on a new page, but I do want the NT User, report criteria, time, etc. on a new page.
Effectively having 2 report footers with a page break between them. Make sense?

What you can use to reach your goal is to add in lieu of a second Report Footer is a GroupHeader based on a constant field. Such a section will print only once, at the end of the report.
If there is no such field in your RecordSource, add it to the request by creating a new column:

Always_Same: 1

Then create a new Grouping based on Always_Same, with only a Footer where PageBreak=NO, put the first bunch of data in it and let the other ones in the Report footer.

I had no time from now to test it, but as I remember, the group footer will print before the ReportFooter.
Anyway, if it print later, exchange the data...
