I want to use one field in an Access table as an element of a page headerin an Access report.. I also want to force a page break when that field value changes. Is there a way to do that? [sig][/sig]

Have you tried using the Grouping/Sorting options available in the report's Design View?

Do as Paul says. Let us say that you want the report to break on department. Create a department grouping and use both header and footer. Click on the footer and in the properties click on the format tab. In the force new page property select, "After Section". This will force access to start a new page when the value for department changes.

I hope that helps!
