Hi,

my users want to see the report based on a unit in new page when the unit changes. I did this but I can't figure it out why there is blank page for the report

say i have data in 5 pages
it prints as 6 pages in which the first page is blank. this is fine in the local client. Happens only when using online.

any ideas is greatly apperciated

One possible cause could be the different printer drivers in use in the two environments. Crystal relies on the local environment default printer driver to determine page size, so you may have a report design that fits neatly on 5 pages in the local environment but doesn't fit in the online environment. Try resizing the report to shorten the overall page length and see if that helps.
Another, less likely cause could be that you have the 'Keep Group Together' group property on Group 1 of your report. Try turning it off.
