Hi all,
i am using access 2000/cr10 for generating report.
I have a cross tab
row :tier
:Client name

column:group
sum:amount
I have five tier
Can i have the page break with the change of tier.
expected result:
group
tier1 amount
client name
group
tier2
client
and so on till tier 5

As i need to have the %age of total amount with every tier.

can any one help

Abhishek

You could group on {table.tier} and then place the crosstab in the group header or footer, and format the group footer to "new page after". But you tacked on that last sentence about "%age of total amount". We don't have a clue what that refers to. Is this an additional summary you want in the crosstab? What is the formula that you would need to arrive at this summary if you were calculating it in the main report? Please make sure we can understand how this formula relates to the other fields in your crosstab.

Hi
MCS OTHER WCS Grand Total
tier1 ABN AMRO 695,080 306,000 70,000 1,071,080
ING 234,000 234,000
Total 929,080 306,000 70,000 1,305,080

This is the result when did what you told.
Actually i have five groups(column)i.e MCS ,OTHERS,WCS,ASR,ASE

Tier 1 does not have any data in ACS and ASE but i want to show this in result.

2.By %age i mean I need to add another another summary

formula is:
total*100/grand total
how do i do this?
