Hi Guys,

We have a remote G450 in Bethesda, Maryland - and the main server is here in singapore. Its my first time to setup an ISDN PRI - T1 config. I just want to verify if my configurations for my trunk is correct or not.

Our telco is PAETEC... neverheard of it before so i was wondering if someone can help me out on this.

In reference to this thread: thread690-1540190, i hope AvayaTier3 will answer my question :)

Test the DS-1 board and paste the results. We'll be able to tell you a lot after seeing those results.

As an aside, change the CSU type to integrated on the DS-1 board form.

Have you been on a call with a PAETEC provision group tech?
Have you checked your config with them.

What errors are you seeing?
I also agree with rockspop, change that setting.

But the bottom line is that the carrier, and only the carrier will know if you are programmed correctly for the equipment the circuit is provision through.

Check and make sure the protocol you are using. It must match the vendors. Also on the ds1 you have it as B and on the signaling group you have it as A.
Code:
Supplementary Service Protocol: a

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?

For the best response to a question, read faq690-6594

Have you spoken to the provisioning tech with PAETEC on how the trunk should be setup? Until you do that your not going to know if everything is setup correctly or not.

Guys apologies and thanks for the support, right now we are having errors on loss of signal, test 138. But most likely i just want to know if my DS1 board parameter is correct?

It might work the way you have it, but we won't know until the D-Channel is turned up, the B-Channels are turned up and you've tested it. If you have the Paetec cut sheet parameters with signaling, coding and ISDN protocol, post them.

Protocol "a" is AT&T Custom, protocol "b" is NI-2. You'll want to make sure that you have those set to match your provider.

Have you instructed Paetec to turn up the D and B channels yet? That may be the cause of loss of signal.

Guys these are the results of the test board:

Inbound can receive calls but, we cannot perform outbound calling. Can anyone share some configuration on this? Can someone post their route pattern config?

On outbound calls are you sending just 10 digits? You may need to check your AAR/ARS and routing patterns.

DNY_ISDN_RFNS (1198) requested facility not subscribed

whatever digits you are sending to your provider, they have no way to deal with them.
