We have a cs1000m with tty problems. The paddle board has a red light on. When I do LD37 stat tty all are enabled but there is no communication from the remote sites and locally I can not communicate with the CPU.
My first assumption would be the paddle board is faulty. There are 2 types, a dual and a quad. At least one tty port on the paddle board has to be enabled for the LED to be off. So obviously the system thinks they are all disabled. You can communicate to the system through the J 25 connector on the I/O panel with a DB 25 cable
