Here is a link for a 12 minute animated flick about how IP works from Ericsson ( yes, the cellphone people)

It's a very large file ( 140 meg or so) so dont attempt this without a highspeed connection. It's nice artwork and it explains IP at a high level in a understandable fashion.

This wont get you your CCNA but if you are a newbie and struggling with IP flow it might help some. I just like the animation myself ;-)
