Packed Decimal Error - Impropmtu 7.0

I am receiving the following error when running a report. General Exception has occured during operation 'asynchronous Open'
EXPENG-E-PACKFMT, A <packed decimal> number has an invalid digit or sign.

Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know that's not a cognos error but an oracle error... Maybe you could ask this in the oracle forum?
