Packaging Wizard Error

After the second step of the Packaging Wizard process, I'm getting an error.

(Step 1 is Identify Application and Package; Step 2 is Application Information.)

When I click NEXT after Step 2, I see the program briefly opening (and closing) the database chosen in Step 1, then I get the following error message:
Title bar reads: "OffWH"
Error message reads: "Automation error" and "Interface not registered"
An OK button is the only option.

From there, it continues with the process, but once I get to the "Finish" stage and try to build the package, I get the following error message:

"The Packaging Wizard cannot find one or more of the required Access componenets in the language you selected.
Select Create New to create a new set of Access components in this language from an Office CD 1 image. Select Browse to find an existing copy in another location."

(And the language I selected is the default, English.)

This is my first attempt at using the Packaging Wizard, so I'm fairly clueless as to what to do. It will not accept any of the CD's (MS Office, Office XP Developers); gives me an error saying the CD inserted is not an "Office CD 1". I have no clue what it's talking about or if the two error messages are related (vs. completely separate issues/problems).

If anyone out there has any ideas, I would really appreciate the help.

Thanks in advance! -hmm

Have you upgraded from Office 2000 to XP? If so, try putting in the 2000 disks when it asks you. I'm sure I've read somehwere this is a problem.

I did upgrade from Office 2000 to XP, and I've tried every disk I've got, including the Office 2000 disks. It wouldn't accept any of them. (Error message stating the disk is not an "Office CD 1" disk.) -hmm

Do you get the option to browse for the file? If you do, then put disc in the machine & browse to the file it is looking for.

Found an answer which works (so far):

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article Q321000

Interesting thing is, the article states:
This problem may occur if the package that you try to create is in a language that is different from the language that you used when you installed the Packaging Wizard.

Well, everything I have installed, created, etc. is all in English, period. Have no clue why the program would register it differently, unless it's a glitch in MS software that they're not admitting to.
